At Waxtician Studios, we are committed to providing a clean, safe, and elevated experience for every client. Please review our policies before your visit.

Appointments
Please confirm your appointment  when confirmation text or email is sent. If not confirmed, we will move forward with cancellation.

Arrival
We kindly ask that you arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may be rescheduled and subject to a fee. Please plan accordingly for traffic.

No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice will require a deposit to rebook. After two no-shows, future bookings will be accepted on a call-ahead basis only.

Preparation
For best results, hair should be grown out for 4–6 weeks. Services may still be performed during menstruation with a tampon or menstrual cup.

Studio Experience
To maintain a relaxing environment:
   •    Children are welcomed but must be supervised or prepared with tablet at all times
   •    Please use headphones for calls or FaceTime
   •    Only service animals are permitted

Sanitation & Safety
We uphold strict sanitation standards, including a no double-dipping policy. All services are performed using non-latex gloves.
