THE RULES
Welcome to Waxtician Studios. To ensure a professional and smooth experience for all clients, please adhere to the following policies:
Booking & Consistency
- A valid credit card or debit card is required to secure all appointments.
- A confirmation text & email will be sent out. It is mandatory to confirm your appointment so I know you’ll be coming to your appointment.
- Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- We require at least 5 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations (less than an hour) will be charged $25 flat fee.
- No-shows will be charged $25 on top of your new services and you will have to pay an invoice before coming in to get serviced.
Health & Safety
- Please refrain from using retinoids or exfoliating acids 3-5 days prior to facial waxing.
- If you have any skin conditions or are taking medications like Accutane, please inform us before your session.
