THE RULES

Welcome to Waxtician Studios. To ensure a professional and smooth experience for all clients, please adhere to the following policies:

Booking & Consistency
  • A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
  • Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
Cancellations & No-Shows
  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Health & Safety
  • Please refrain from using retinoids or exfoliating acids 3-5 days prior to facial waxing.
  • If you have any skin conditions or are taking medications like Accutane, please inform us before your session.
